Refund Policy

Please request the written refund and cancellation terms for your chosen programme before making a payment. This page does not currently publish a refund schedule or confirm eligibility for a refund.

Before you pay

Ask admissions to confirm the applicable cancellation deadlines, refundable and non-refundable charges, any deductions, and the expected processing timeline in writing.

Questions about a payment or cancellation

Contact innovation@amityonline.com with your name, programme, application or enrolment reference, payment date and a brief explanation of your request. Please do not include card details, passwords or other sensitive payment information.

Programme and enterprise enquiries

For an individual programme, ask for the terms that apply to your programme and cohort. For enterprise training, request the cancellation and refund provisions for your proposal or agreement.
